What You'll Need

1 tbsp brown sugar
1/3 cup Ketchup
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp cider vinegar

Preparation:

In a small frying pan, heat the oil and fry the onion – stirring continuously - until soft. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat immediately and simmer for a further few minutes. Stir occasionally.
