What You'll Need:
4 duck breasts, keep skin on
4 tbsp honey
4oz flaked almonds
4 tbsp soy sauce
½ fresh red chili, deseeded and finely chopped
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
In a small bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, almonds and chili. Set aside.
Score the skin on the duck breasts and sear in a hot dry frying pan for 3 to 4 minutes each side. Place duck breasts on a baking sheet and cover each one with the honey and soy sauce glaze.
Place in the oven and bake for about 10 – 15 minutes or until the duck is cooked through.
Serve immediately with vegetables of your choice.
