What You'll Neeed:
2 cups broccoli, chopped
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp light sesame oil
1 green bell pepper, sliced
Preparation:
Heat sesame oil in a wok over medium to high heat. Add the broccoli pieces and sesame seeds and sauté for a few minutes. Add green pepper slices and sauté for a further few minutes until all vegetables are tender, but still crunchy.
