What You'll Need:

2 cups cooked brown rice
2 tart apples, peeled, cored and chopped
¼ cup dried cranberries
¼ cup chopped pecans
1 cup vanilla yogurt
¼ cup of pure honey
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
