Burgers

What You'll Need

1 can (13oz) garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1 small red onion, chopped
2oz carrot, finely grated
½ tsp ground cumin
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds (or sesame seeds)
1 tbsp olive oil
Dash of soy sauce

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mash with a potato masher. Form into four burgers. In a frying pan, heat the oil and cook burgers over medium heat until browned on both sides.
