What You'll Need:
1 lb chicken pieces, boneless and skinless
6 oz frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed, undiluted
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp marjoram
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Place the chicken pieces in a casserole dish and sprinkle with pepper and paprika.
In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken. Cover and bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour or until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve immediately with rice.
