Cranberry, Pecan, and Pear Dessert
What You'll Need:
2 medium pears
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
2 tbsp cranberries
3 tbsp pecans, chopped and toasted
Core the pear from the bottom and peel the top third of the pear. Keep the stem on the pear. Microwave each pear covered for about 2 minutes or more until tender. Arrange the pears on a plate and serve with the vanilla yogurt and sprinkled with cranberries and pecans.
