What You'll Need
3 medium cucumbers, peeled, de-seeded and chopped into small pieces
3 medium tomatoes, chopped into small pieces
1 green bell pepper, de-seeded and chopped into small pieces
2 jalapeno pepper (or less), de-seeded and finely minced
½ cup red onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp cilantro, minced
2 tbsp fresh dill, minced
A bit of fresh lime juice
Preparation:
Place all vegetables into a large bowl and mix well. Add cilantro, dill and lime juice and toss.
