What You'll Need:

For the Fruit Salad:
1 cup pineapple, cut into 1” pieces
1 mango, cut into 1” pieces
1 papaya, cut into 1” pieces
1 kiwi, cut into ½” pieces

For the Sauce:
2 tbsp lime juice (ideally freshly pressed)
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp Tequila
½ tsp lime zest

Preparation:

Place sugar and lime juice into a small bowl and mix until the sugar is dissolved. Add the remaining sauce ingredients and stir well.

Combine all fruit in a serving bowl. Pour the sauce over the fruit, toss and chill for a few hours. Serve with ice-cream or natural yogurt.
