What You'll Need:
3 cups cooked pasta (ideally Rotini pasta)
1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup cucumber, unpeeled and chopped
½ cup black olives, sliced
½ cup Italian dressing
¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and chill for a few hours. Enjoy with chicken breasts or baked pork chops.
