This is one of the best courses I have found on meditating. When I first decided to do this I thought all you had to do was get your mind empty of all the troubles. When you could accomplish that you would have accomplished meditating. Boy was I wrong!
There are so many ways to meditate. This course tells you so many different avenues you can use. After trying them, I was able to find the one right for me, which is the walking one, and then concentrate on it.
If you are a beginner at meditation, I would highly recommend this course. It is so down to earth and easy to understand. The CD's are very helpful. They are easy to listen to and follow. Plus the relaxing tone of the reader's voice sets the mood right off the bat. The workbook really helps to put it all in perspective for you. When you include the 12 study cards you can't lose. I put the cards up around the house to remind me where to focus no matter what I'm doing at the moment.
Whether you are a beginner or an old hat at meditation this course will work for you. It has for me and because of that my life is happier and healthier.
