What You'll Need:
6 oz hot freshly brewed coffee
1 tsp brown sugar
½ oz Irish cream
1 oz Irish whisky
Whipping cream
Preparation:
Pour the hot coffee into a mug and add the brown sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Add the whisky and Irish cream and stir well. Whip the cream in a separate bowl and place a few dollops on top of the coffee.
