Peanut Butter Sandwich

What You'll Need:

2/3 cup chunky peanut butter
½ (3 oz) of a package of cream cheese, softened
½ cup crushed pineapple, drained
¼ cup shredded carrot
8 slices your favorite bread

Preparation:

In a bowl, combine peanut butter and cream cheese. Add the pineapple pieces and the shredded carrot. Spread the peanut butter/cream cheese mixture on 4 slices of bread and top with 4 remaining slices.
