After reading those two sections, you will have a general understanding of bones and bone health and an insight into why strong bones are so important to our well-being.

In her third section, she introduces you to over 80 wholesome recipes that not only help your bones stay healthy, but are also scrumptious and high in nutrition. Recipes such as Curried Broccoli Rabe with Parmesan Cheese, Gratin of Root Vegetables, Salmon Fritatta with Fresh Dill, Avocado Cucumber Soup, Crispy Baked Small Fish and Maple Walnut Loaf are just a few examples of delicious food that you can expect to find in this book.

Overall, we sometimes underestimate how important bone strength is to our health. Most people won’t see the consequences of bad diets and lack of important vitamins and minerals until later on in life.
