Tofu, Basil, and Soy Salad

What You'll Need:

1 package firm tofu, well drained, sliced and marinated in soy sauce
1 cup fresh basil, torn into small pieces
5 green onions, minced
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Sambal Oelek
1 tsp soy sauce

Preparation:

Add a tiny amount of water to a non-stick saucepan and cook onions and garlic until tender. Add the tofu slices and sauté for about 8 to 10 minutes. Stir in the Sambal Oelek, soy sauce and basil and cook until heated through. Serve immediately with rice noodles or brown rice.
